Refund policy

ANNEXURE C - REFUND POLICY SUMMARY


Unless required by law or approved by PowerPlay SA, the following are non-refundable:
• used Challenge Credits;
• submitted Challenge entries;
• expired promotional credits;
• unused membership benefits;
• missed Challenges;
• non-winning entries;
• user error;
• failure to use credits before expiry;
• disqualification due to breach; and
• cancelled membership periods already paid for.


Refunds may be considered for:
• duplicate payments;
• proven Platform error;
• payment failure where no access was issued;
• material technical failure caused by PowerPlay SA; or
• circumstances where refund is required by law.
Approved refunds may take up to thirty (30) business days.
